Tyra Sellers

Founder & CEO

Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Tyra Sellers is the Owner and Account Executive of Full Circle Professional Cleaning Services. With 25+ years of leadership across the U.S. Army and private sector, she specializes in client development, quality control, and scalable operations. She made history as the first female officer to lead the Howard University Army ROTC program, served in the Pentagon’s G-4 Logistics Directorate, and holds an MBA in Business Administration (HR) from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.

Heyward Beauford

Chief Operations Officer

Heyward Beauford serves as Program Manager for Full Circle Professional Cleaning Services, where he leads operational infrastructure, logistics, and compliance across the company’s multi-state portfolio. With a strong focus on systems, efficiency, and execution, Heyward plays a critical role in ensuring that Full Circle delivers consistent, high-quality service to its government and commercial clients. He oversees day-to-day operational workflows, supply chain coordination, staffing logistics, and contract compliance — helping translate the company’s strategic vision into reliable field performance. Known for his steady leadership and solutions-oriented mindset, Heyward works closely with the executive team to strengthen internal processes, support site supervisors, and maintain the operational discipline required to scale nationally. His work helps ensure that every location is equipped, staffed, and positioned to deliver the Full Circle standard of excellence. As Full Circle continues expanding across the country, Heyward remains focused on building the operational backbone that supports sustainable growth, accountability, and client confidence.

Wesley Sellers is the Systems Architect & Creative Director for Full Circle Professional Cleaning Services. With over a decade of janitorial and custodial leadership, he oversees daily operations, quality control, and team training. Wesley is known for his reliability, communication skills, and hands-on leadership that drives excellence across Full Circle’s portfolio.
